Per article 6.6 of the Constitution, the Minutes of the Society Council meetings shall be made available to all students in the Faculty of Science at Carleton.

A Secretary shall be appointed by the Vice President Internal to take Minutes at all meetings. The Minutes of the Society Council shall be approved at subsequent Society Council meetings.

 

The Minutes of the Society Council meetings shall be published on this page no more than 48 hours after their approval.
